    A massive day ahead for shoppers and retailers alike


    Today marks the annual Black Friday shopping festival where retailers dramatically lower prices on stock.

    Traditionally celebrated in America, Retail NZ Chief Executive Greg Harford says the day is now a big part of kiwi culture.

    He says last year it was bigger than Boxing Day, and this year it could reach as much as three million dollars of spending just today.
