Blacks Sticks midfielder Nic Woods has found a coping mechanism to deal with the pressure of today's North versus South hockey tournament

In what also serves as an Olympic trial, the country's best hockey players will play three matches over four days in a North South format in Hamilton.

Woods is representing the men's North team, and is staying level headed through meditation.

The men get underway in 25 minutes.
