    Rescue efforts are underway for a paraglider who's crashed on the Hawke's Bay Te Mata Peak, just before 5pm

    Rescue efforts are underway for a paraglider who's crashed on the Hawke's Bay Te Mata Peak, just before 5pm


    Fire and Emergency were alerted just before 4.40 this afternoon.

    A spokesperson says a rescue helicopter's in attendance and teams are working out how to extract the pilot.

    Any injuries are yet to be established.
