    Family Last

    Family Last

Lobby-group Family First has lost an 11-year fight with the Charities Board over its status.

The Supreme Court has ruled Family First can be stripped of its charity status.

It says the organisation doesn't provide community benefit and crossed the line between education and advocacy.

Family First is calling the decision a "sad day for freedom of speech" and a "watershed" moment for the whole country.
