    Foodstuffs says its price rollback has saved Kiwis 6.5 million dollars in its first five weeks - at New World, Pak'n'Save and Four Square


    The top five items have been Pam's Butter, Value Toast, canned tomatoes, NZ lamb shoulder chops and Pam's Milk.

    The Commerce Commission recently claimed supermarkets make about one million dollars excess profits a day.
