A dramatic day in court for three people accused over the death of a West Auckland man

A dramatic day in court for three people accused over the death of a West Auckland man

Benjamin McIntosh was found in a Glen Eden park with a gunshot wound on June 3 - and died in hospital.

Ethan Dodds and Julius Te Hivaka have pleaded not guilty to murder.

A woman accused of being an accessory after the fact, has also pleaded not guilty.

She's kept name suppression, which her lawyer says was sought after she received a death threat.

Anger swelled in court, when Dodds and the family of McIntosh yelled and swore at each other, banging on a glass divide.
