The Public Service Commissioner says former Police Commissioner Andrew Coster's resignation from leading the Social Investment Agency - was the right thing to do

Coster's accepted responsibility for shortcomings highlighted in an IPCA report on the handling of complaints against his Deputy, when he led Police.
His final pay-out will near 124-thousand dollars.
Sir Brian Roche says fairly or unfairly, people would have doubted Coster's ability to do his job.
He says in discussions, Coster agreed resigning was best for him and the agency.
