The PPTA says leaving out their recommendation from the latest Government offer, wasn't the only thing that swayed members

The PPTA says leaving out their recommendation from the latest Government offer, wasn't the only thing that swayed members

Members have said yes to a new collective agreement, which includes a 4.6 percent pay increase over two years.

President Chris Abercrombie says their National Executive made the decision to keep the offer neutral, so members could make up their own mind.

But he says there were improvements to the offer which also made a difference to members.

Abercrombie says these include the unit increases for middle and senior leaders, and the million dollar professional development find.
