A different approach for Black Cap Kyle Jamieson in his recovery from a stress fracture in his back

The 30-year-old last played international test cricket for New Zealand in February 2024, returning to red-ball action earlier this month for Canterbury in the Plunket Shield.
Jamieson says in the past he mostly relied on rest to get back to full fitness, but he's changed his methods.
