    A Minnesota federal judge has declined to order a halt to President Donald Trump's immigration enforcement crackdown in Minneapolis


    State officials had taken a lawsuit accusing federal agents of widespread civil rights abuses.

    The lawsuit sought to block or rein in a US Department of Homeland Security operation that's sparked weeks of protests and lead to the killings of two US citizens by federal agents.
