More than small companies are reaping the rewards from a four-day working week

Microsoft trialled a shorter working week for their 22-hundred employees in Japan in August, and analysis has found productivity was up 40 per cent compared to the year before.

The company also limited meetings to 30 minutes and encouraged employees to use messaging rather than emails, to the benefit of 90 per cent of employees.
