    Fonterra's human resources manager has resigned after less than a year in the job

    Fonterra
    People and culture managing director Deborah Capill joined the dairy co-operative early this year, after a long time working overseas.

    Chief Executive Officer Miles Hurrell says she played an important role in the development of a new operating model and has streamlined HR processes.

    He says Capill will leave in February to pursue a change in career.
