    There's shock from Levin's seniors community, after news an elderly woman's died after being assaulted in her home earlier this month


    Police have now launched a homicide investigation.

    Three young women charged over the attack remain before the courts.

    Levin Age Concern spokesman Dan Geraghty says they're working with elderly groups in the area to create safety awareness.
