    A boost for digital connectivity on the West Coast


    Under Secretary for Regional Economic Development Fletcher Tabuteau has announced a one point two million dollar Provincial Growth Fund injection at Waitangi commemorations in Hokitika.

    Eight hundred thousand is for a Grey District Regional Hub and an Outreach Hub, and 400 thousand for a Buller District Regional Digital Hub.

    Tabuteau says the hubs will benefit local business owners and entrepreneurs.

    He says they'll be meeting rooms and work spaces outfitted and resourced with digital connections.
