A police officer has been freed, unhurt, from his patrol car, after a crash near Raglan

He was trapped after his car collided with another vehicle about 10am on State Highway 23, near Te Uku.

Waikato police senior sergeant, Wayne Shanks says it's too early to say how the crash happened, including whether it was a police pursuit.
