Victoria University of Wellington is lowering the bar for degree entry

Victoria University of Wellington is lowering the bar for degree entry

It means those who apply with university entrance will be guaranteed entry to undergraduate study.

Previously students needed a rank score in NCEA of 150 for degree entry and 180 for Architecture and Building Science.

The move could help drum up extra revenue for the University, which suffered financially from a drop in international students due to border restrictions.
