A student at another west Auckland school has Covid-19

A student at another west Auckland school has Covid-19

The Sunnyvale School student is one of two new cases today.

Both cases are epidemiologically linked to the Mount Roskill Evangelical Fellowship church bereavement sub-cluster.

Students at Henderson North and St Dominic's College, both in west Auckland, have also tested positive recently.

The Health Ministry says today's case was not infectious when the student was last at Sunnyvale School and no close contacts in the school community have been identified.

There are now 108 active cases.

Three people are in hospital, with two of them in intensive care.
