Iggy Azalea has urged her social media followers to help save her favourite pizza restaurant

The 30-year-old rap star has taken to Twitter to encourage her fans to throw their support behind her favourite pizza place in Los Angeles, posting a link to a petition to save the restaurant on the micro-blogging platform

Iggy - who has more than seven million Twitter followers - said: "If 2020 takes my fave pizza place I’m really about to lose it.

I just read village pizza in LA might be closing. [crying emojis] (sic)"

Then, alongside a link to the petition, Iggy added: "I know this is so random but please I love pizza. [crying emoji] (sic)"

The blonde beauty posted the link on Twitter shortly after admitting via the platform that she's feeling demotivated amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The chart-topping star - who gave birth to her son, Onyx Carter, in June - also confessed to being "lazy".

Iggy wrote: "not gonna lie sometimes I feel demotivated as hell.

"Im not saying that stops me from doing anything.

    "im just saying.

    "im a lazy b****.

    "hi! (sic)"

Meanwhile, Iggy revealed she'd given birth back in June, confirming the news - which had been widely speculated - via Instagram Story.

The 'Fancy' hitmaker wrote at the time: "I have a son. I kept waiting for the right time to say something but it feels like the more time passes the more I realise I'm always going to feel anxious to share news that giant with the world.

"I want to keep his life private but wanted to make it clear he is not a secret and I love him beyond words (sic)"
