America's Cup Events have backed down on their demands to reschedule the Prada Cup final until next weekend and delay the America's Cup

In a statement, ACE says it'll allow the regatta to continue, but will not allow the use of the inner harbour courses B and C.

Chair Tina Symmans says it's a disappointing situation and their plea has been ignored.

She says it's clear COR's focus is on Luna Rossa taking the Prada Cup rather than the greater good of the country who have worked to be in a position to stage the event.
