    Shane van Gisbergen will start the opening race of the Supercars season from third spot on the grid at Mount Panorama


    The kiwi's clocked the third fastest time in the top 10 shootout, behind Tim Slade and Cam Waters who nabbed pole position.

    Race one's scheduled to start at 5pm.
