    The owners of a charter boat from which a woman fell and died say they're in shock


    The 25-year-old was onboard a Zefiro vessel on Auckland's Waitemata Harbour with about 30 other people last night.

    Two people on the boat ended up in the water and were quickly pulled out, but the woman had suffered fatal injuries.

    Zefiro Charters Limited owners say they're devastated about what's happened and that their hearts go out to the family.

    The company says its working with authorities and conducting an independent investigation into what's happened.
