    Returnees who've had their stay extended at an Auckland MIQ facility, have been given the green light to leave

    125 Novotel Auckland Airport hotel guests had a prolonged stay while an investigation was carried out into two positive day-12 cases of Covid-19.

    Genome sequencing has determined one case has no close links to anyone else in New Zealand, so was most likely infected before reaching MIQ.

    The other case is now considered historical.
