Waikato businesses have just been dealt a heavy blow

Parts of the region now have to live and operate under alert level three restrictions ... including Hamilton, Raglan and Huntly.

It follows the discovery of two new positive cases yesterday.

Waikato Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive Don Good says will hurt not only the business itself, but their owners and their staff -- as a lockdown always does.

He says the Government also needs to work on a no jab-no-job type of legislation.
