    A Nelson nurse has lost their registration after being charged with sexual misconduct


    The Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal has found they breached professional boundaries and inappropriately touched a patient in 2018.

    It's alleged they hugged, kissed and got onto the bed with a patient.

    As a result, the nurse met with the DHB's Acting Director of Nursing and subsequently resigned.

    They admit hugging the patient but denies kissing them.
