Silver Ferns coach Dame Noeline Taurua has explained how they're helping athletes bridge the long wait to the start of the ANZ Premiership on May 10

A wider New Zealand squad has returned after nine days working with the New South Wales in Sydney, introducing new players and working on skillsets.

The Silver Ferns would've usually competed in the Nations Cup in January.

Taurua says players don't join their domestic clubs until the beginning of March, so they've created personal training plans for each individual.
