Grant Taylor co-founded Rascals with his sister in 2016 - before his one-time business partner Nick Mowbray's company Zuru bought them out in 2020 for 30-million-dollars.

In 2021, the company filed legal action, alleging Taylor had breached a restraint provision, and passed on confidential information to commercial rivals.

Taylor denied the claims - but today his lawyer says he's settled and admitted several courses of action.

The settlement leaves Zuru's legal action now just targeting tiny rival Treasures.
