To the latest athletics meet in Lausanne, Switzerland..

Pole vaulter Olivia McTaggart has had her competition cut short due to the skies pelting down after two heights.

The event - which was a non-Diamond League discipline, despite being at a wider Diamond League meet - has been cancelled.

McTaggart was one of five athletes to clear 4.35 metres.

Earlier, shot putter Tom Walsh finished fourth with a best throw of 21.47 metres, 57 centimetres behind American winner Joe Kovacs .
