Eminem is reportedly in a relationship with his longtime hair and grooming specialist Katrina Malota

The rapper, 53, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, has known her for several years and is said to have relied on her for styling across multiple music videos and photo shoots, with the stylist also working with acts including 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg and Robin Thicke

TMZ said sources told them the pair are an item, adding: "It's unclear how long the two have been together."

On her professional website, Katrina describes Eminem as "her local home town genius" and has previously praised him publicly.

In a Facebook post reflecting on his surprise performance at the 2020 Oscars, she called it "shocking" and celebrated his return to the stage.

Katrina, who works with 6 Salon, recently spoke about her health journey on social media, revealing she underwent bariatric surgery more than five years ago and has since been using GLP-1 agonist medication.

She said: "Aside from having bariatric surgery a little over five years ago, the last year and a half I've spent doing peptides, and GLP-1 [agonist drug] to be specific. It has changed my life and I want to help it change yours."

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has only approved three GLP-1 drugs for weight loss - semaglutide Wegovy, liraglutide Saxenda, and tirzepatide Zepbound - while others are authorised for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.

Katrina's TikTok and Instagram accounts are set to private, but she has maintained a presence on Facebook where she shared a post in 2022 agreeing with a personality quiz that described her as "always doing the right thing, being passionate, having a loving heart, and needing constant reassurance."

The 15-time Grammy winner has been married twice to Kimberly Scott Mathers.

The couple first married in 1999 before divorcing in 2001, remarrying briefly in 2006 and separating again the same year.

Eminem and Kim became grandparents in March when their daughter Hailie Jade Mathers and her husband Evan McClintock welcomed their first child, Elliot Marshall McClintock.

Eminem has also adopted Kim's nonbinary child Stevie Laine, and her late sister Dawn's daughter Alaina.

Kim has struggled publicly with her mental health, having been hospitalised in 2021 after what she described as a suicide attempt following her mother Kathleen Sluck's funeral.

According to The Sun, she previously attempted to take her life in 2015 by driving her car into a telephone pole.

Eminem, who won an Oscar for Lose Yourself from 8 Mile, has been linked in the past to Mariah Carey in 2001 - a relationship she denied - and to Nicki Minaj, 42, in 2018.

In a 2017 interview with Vulture, Eminem spoke about his struggles with dating following his divorce.

He said: "Dating is tough. Since my divorce I've had a few dates and nothing's panned out in a way that I wanted to make it public. Dating's just not where I'm at lately."

He added: "Going to strip clubs is how I was meeting some chicks. It was an interesting time for me."
