Tall Blacks coach Judd Flavell is trying to progress Parker Jackson-Cartwright's basketball ambitions

The Breakers guard has completed a third ANBL season and signed for a fourth, but the American's spoken on his desire to represent New Zealand.

Flavell, who's also a Breakers assistant, says he'd welcome the addition of Jackson-Cartwright.



Governing body FIBA allow one naturalised citizen per team, and that position is currently vacant.

New Zealand face the Phillippines in World Cup qualifying at Manila tomorrow morning.
