Devlin joined the club two years ago and led the A-League in tackles won across his two campaigns at Wellington.

He's been linked with fellow A-League club the Newcastle Jets.

A further six players - including defender Luke DeVere have also departed the Phoenix.

It's understood the club is still in talks with striker Tomer Hemed and defender James McGarry about their futures.
