    Three Palmerston North men have been arrested after a spree of violent assaults


    The unrelated altercations include two serious assaults at bars, and one outside a petrol station, with two victims stabbed, and another hit with a vehicle.

    The 22, 24, and 26 year old men are before the courts on charges including wounding with intent to injure, possessing an offensive weapon, and assault with a blunt instrument.
