    Auckland Transport's launched consultation on improving congestion on three major routes


    They are Green Lane West in the central isthmus, Great South Road in Papatoetoe and the intersection of Onewa Road in Birkenhead.

    AT wants to hear from the public on a variety of additions to the roads including special vehicle lanes, T3 lanes, and signalled crossing.

    On Green Lane West it would remove parking spaces during peak hours to make way for the lanes.

    Consultation on the three options will close throughout December.
