The disgraced former Deputy Police Commissioner was given nine months home detention yesterday, for possessing objectionable material.
He resigned suddenly in May after bestiality and child sexual exploitation content was uncovered on his work devices.
Advocate for victims of sexual assault Louise Nicholas says the sentence is disappointing, and he should absolutely be put on the the Child Sex Offender Register.
She says they're not taking the children he watched get hurt, into account.
