    Left-arm spinner Matthew Kuhnemann is the surprise inclusion in the Australian squad for the T20 World Cup in Sri Lanka and India


    Kuhnemann has yet to take a wicket from four T20 international appearances but joins Adam Zampa as the frontline spin options.

    Test captain Pat Cummins has been included despite a persistent back injury that has dogged his Ashes campaign, while fellow casualty ward member Josh Hazlewood is also named.

    All-rounder Mitch Owen, pace bowler Sean Abbott and back-up wicketkeeper Josh Philippe have missed the cut.
