Natasha Lyonne has suffered a relapse

The 46-year-old actress - who has previously been open about her struggles with drug addiction - has taken to social media to discuss her relapse.

She wrote on X: "Took my relapse public more to come

"It's all kinds of fun (sic)"

One of Natasha's followers subsequently replied: "Life is hard right now, and I don't think anyone in their right mind would question how or why this happened. You had nearly 20 years. You'll make it back again. Sending you a lot of love. Take care of you, f*** the rest. (sic)"

And in response, the actress said: "Thanks, boss. There but for the grace, etc. Sending love back your way. May become a pothead or a nun. TBD. (sic)"

Natasha later expressed her support and sympathy for anyone experiencing similar struggles.

The film star wrote on the micro-blogging platform: "Recovery is a lifelong process. Anyone out there struggling, remember you're not alone. Grateful for love and smart feet. Gonna do it for baby Bambo. Stay honest, folks. Sick as our secrets. If no one told ya today, I love you. No matter how far down the scales we have gone, we will see how our experience may help another. Keep going, kiddos. Don't quit before the miracle. Wallpaper your mind with love. Rest is all noise and baloney. (sic)"

Meanwhile, Natasha previously confessed that she initially found fame to be "confusing".

The actress starred in films and TV shows before she entered her teenage years, and Natasha admitted that it's been a difficult "journey" for her ever since.

The movie star - who has previously spent time at drug and alcohol treatment centres - told The Independent: "It was definitely confusing. And if you told me back then that that was going to be the journey, I probably would have said, 'Keep it - I'm not strong enough for it, just gimme something easier.'"
