    China's exports unexpectedly fell 1.1 per cent in November from a year earlier


    This highlights persistent headwinds for the country's manufacturers as a protracted trade war with the United States remains unresolved.

    Customs data out today show imports in November rose 0.3 per cent from a year earlier.
