    Latest Centrix Data shows liquidations have reached a 14-year high - although confidence is increasing.

    Buy New Zealand-Made Executive Director, Dane Ambler, says business failures are driven by slow growth and rising operating costs.

    But he says Inland Revenue is also playing a part by getting tougher with enforcement, leading to companies folding.
