    Crusaders coach Rob Penney's reflected on the impact James O'Connor has had in one season at the Super Rugby franchise


    The 34-year-old former Wallaby confirmed Saturday's final against the Chiefs in Christchurch will be his last.

    Penney says O'Connor's instincts for the game have paid dividends.



    O'Connor's yet to announce his next move.

    Leicester are the favourites for his services, as a replacement for Springbok Handre Pollard.
