    A man has handed himself in for questioning over the double homicide of two people in Ruatiti near Whanganui


    Police launched a homicide investigation after the deaths of 56-year-old Brendon Leigh Cole and 54-year-old Trina Michelle Cole at a rural property in Ruatiti on December the 13th.

    Police had identified a 29-year-old man they were looking to speak to in relation to the investigation.

    He presented himself to Whanganui Police Station today and was arrested on an active warrant.

    He's due to appear in court tomorrow.
