Jason Momoa thinks Dave Bautista is "graceful" and "regal"

The 46-year-old actor stars alongside Dave, 57, in his new buddy cop action-comedy The Wrecking Crew, and Jason has heaped praise on his co-star, who has made a successful transition from wrestling to acting.

Jason told Extra: "It's fun to annoy Dave because he's so, like, collected and beautiful and graceful and like, regal. Boo, boring ... blah. So it was fun to annoy him.

"I love making him laugh 'cause he's very stoic. He's got, like, an intoxicating laugh. Once you get him going, it's pretty beautiful."

Jason also relished the experience of shooting action scenes with Dave.

The movie star said: "He's a badass.

"When he's throwing punches at your face, it's scary. I'm not gonna lie to you. He's a badass. I just pretend to be a badass. I'm an artist. He's a badass."

What's more, Jason enjoyed the opportunity to improvise during the film's shoot.

He explained: "It was fun because it wasn't just, like, planned out.

"We knew who we were playing, but we had a lot of freedom, which I think now where we're at in our career, people trust us that we're not gonna ruin it, and I think a lot of people just didn't give us those opportunities before. I won't name any names, but now we get to play."

Meanwhile, Dave previously revealed that he tried to "buy" happiness when he first found fame.

The wrestler-turned-actor confessed to wasting his money when he first became famous.

He explained to Men's Health UK magazine: "I wasn't ready for that. I didn't know how to deal with it. So I made all the bad cliche mistakes ... I wasted all that money, and I could've done a lot of good things with that money.

"I could've helped people; I could've helped animals. But honestly, I was miserable, and I was just trying to buy happiness."
