Kim Kardashian is "excited" to relaunch her beauty brand and can't wait to come out with a "signature fragrance"

The reality TV star has already made several attempts to establish a beauty business by starting KKW Beauty in 2017 and Skkn By Kim in 2022, which was licensed through Coty, but she has now reacquired her SKKN brand and will be relaunching it through her clothing and shapewear company SKIMS - and Kim has now revealed the first beauty launch is coming soon and she's looking forward to eventually debuting a perfume.

She told Complex magazine: "We have a beauty launch coming up ... With beauty and fragrance, everything will be SKIMS. Having everything in one place was always my dream. I think our customer will really resonate with it, and I'm excited to have a signature fragrance."

Kim's last project was launching her SKIMS collaboration with Nike but she's now turning all her attention to getting her beauty range off the ground.

She said: "Launching my beauty line is my next priority."

At the time, Kim explained her plan in statement obtained by WWD, which read: "Expanding into beauty isn't just about growing Skims - it's about building on the strength of the brand and bringing our approach to a whole new category.

"Skims has always been about redefining essentials, and now we're doing the same with beauty, skin care and fragrance.

"With the global community we've built and my experience in beauty, this felt like the right next step. We're bringing the same level of innovation, inclusivity and quality that people expect from Skims into products that will truly make a difference. "I'm so excited for our customers to experience beauty in a whole new way with Skims."

In her interview with Complex, Kim went on to talk about the NikeSKIMS collaboration and insisted she hopes it lasts for many years

She said: "I want people to know that I've always designed for women's bodies, and I hope they will continue to feel that in NikeSKIMS ...

"Having a company like Nike believe in you and your company enough to start a joint venture and form a whole other business together means the goal is forever. We both feel that and have mutually wanted that from the start ... I'm so in tune with what's going on that I hope it's a fully functioning, sustaining partnership and business for 10, 20 years, forever down the line."
