Frankie Bridge has a "tiny phobia" of tomato ketchup

The former Saturdays singer - who has sons Parker, five, and Carter, three, with husband Wayne Bridge - "can't stand" the condiment and has admitted she gets freaked out if it ever finds its way onto her plate

Speaking to Closer magazine, she said: "I can't stand tomato ketchup. I actually have a tiny phobia of it - it freaks me out."

The 29-year-old star is a "fussy" eater so doesn't get too adventurous when it comes to cooking for herself and her family.

She said: "I'm such a fussy eater, so I'm not very adventurous but when I was younger, I used to be obsessed with whitebait fish."

And Frankie doesn't often have guests over for meals because she hates cooking.

She said: "I tend not to invite people round for dinner as I'd prefer not to cook! But if I did, I'd make a roast beef dinner with all the trimmings."

On a regular day, the 'Issues' hitmaker favours quick and simple meals, which are also healthy, as she can't help but snack on her kids' leftovers.

She said: "If I'm at home, lunch is baked salmon with salad or there's a place near where I live which does an amazing sweet potato and wild rice dish. By the time the kids are asleep in the evening, we tend to cook something quick and easy, like chicken stir fry or meat with veg. I snack on chicken strips, chocolate, or the boys' leftovers."

Meanwhile, Frankie recently admitted she's keen to land a role in 'EastEnders'.

Asked if she'd like to be in a soap, she said: "Wayne's mum is obsessed with 'EastEnders'.

"I said to her, 'It would really ruin it for you if I was in it, wouldn't it?' and she was like, 'Yeah!'

"But 'EastEnders' is good because it's in London, I wouldn't have to change my accent and I used to watch it a lot.

"I don't want to put too much pressure on myself though. I'm starting a year-long acting course in October."
