The Castle Rock Business Park has been sold to an Auckland-based property fund for 53.75 million dollars.
Colliers International's managing director Hamish Doig says they didn't even have to market the property.
He says they targeted six investors they thought might be interested - and received four offers.
Doig says it's exciting to see the confidence being shown in this sector of the market in Christchurch.
