A morning of cancellations as changes are made to try to make Wellington's bus network run more smoothly

The worst hit services are Kingston's route 7, the number 14 between Wilton and Hataitai and route 28 between Beacon Hill and Strathmore Park shops.
Metlink has apologised, and says it's investigating.
The cancellations come as a second round of changes are made to the network, after its disastrous introduction last July.
The latest changes affect 28 routes and are designed to increase frequency and improve on-time performance.
