A 36-year-old male was pulled over in the early of Sunday morning where he returned blood-alcohol reading of 0.341.
The reading is four times over the disqualification level, with police likening it to "driving while under a surgical anaesthetic or being in a coma".
He was served a disqualification notice and charged with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and no authority to drive.
