    Sophie Pascoe has laid down a marker for her 2019 swimming season


    The decorated para swimmer has broken two world records at the world series meet in Melbourne over the weekend.

    She set new world-best times in the women's S9 50 metres freestyle and S9 50 metres butterfly.

    Pascoe says her performances add to her motivation.

    Pascoe says that's where the hunger comes from and when you get personal best times it's a great confidence boost for the rest of the year and going into Tokyo.
