Northern Stars shooter Maia Wilson is relishing being a key beneficiary of Temepara Bailey's on court presence this ANZ Premiership season

Veteran midcourter Bailey signed on with the Stars as a player in the off-season having last played elite netball in 2014.

Maia Wilson says while Bailey was great as a coach, having her as a player is next level.

She says she's been on the receiving end of some of Bailey's amazing balls and it's great to have so much experience at their disposal.

The Stars host the Mainland Tactix tonight.

Centre Pass from the Pulman Arena's at 7:40pm.
