Concern for disruption to students and parents, as another teacher strike looms

Concern for disruption to students and parents, as another teacher strike looms

Primary teachers and principals have overwhelmingly rejected the Government's latest pay offer.

The Prime Minister's made it clear, there's no more money to put on the table.

National's Education spokesperson Nikki Kaye says the Government's chosen to spend money on tertiary students and the Provincial Growth Fund.

She says it's incumbent on them to step up and break the impasse.
