Jones claimed victory in the women's K1 kayak and C1 canoe races in Kawerau.
The three-time Olympian also had a bet with coach Campbell Walsh, who won the men's final, that she could better his time but was unsuccessful.
Despite not winning the side bet, Jones was happy with how close she came to Walsh's time.
She says her time was as close as she's ever been to the men, which she's happy with.
