Hockeyroos captain Georgie Morgan believes there will need to be changes to hockey's new FIH pro league going forward

Australia meets New Zealand in a men's and women's trans-Tasman ANZAC day double header in Auckland this afternoon.

The new competition has the world's best teams playing each other home and away with some European teams travelling down under for one game.

Morgan says it doesn't make financial sense.

The women's teams get underway from 2:30pm, before the men meet at 4:30pm.
